Letter: Demographic Challenges less pressing than they appear

There is still a demographic challenge. It may not be as pressing as it first appears, but it is still there. Governments are taking action through retirement ages. Individuals are choosing to work until older age. The good news is that the shortage of labour and the need to hire older people will put pressure on ageism.
